Accountings
Before the administration of an estate or trust is concluded, the trustee or personal representative must account for his/her management to the beneficiaries of that trust or estate. Depending upon the circumstances involved in a particular estate or trust, the accounting may be an informal exchange of information or a formal proceeding.
With 30 years of experience Donald Novick and his team have prepared and defended accountings for clients throughout the New York Metropolitan area including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Staten Island and Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess, Rockland, Orange and Sullivan Counties.
