In Memoriam: Donald Novick

In memory of our founder and colleague, Donald Novick. A long-time and distinguished member of the New York State Bar, Mr. Novick was widely regarded as one of Suffolk County's premier estate litigation attorneys.

Don served as a clerk in the Suffolk County Surrogate’s Court, a foundation upon which he built his own successful practice. For decades, he faithfully represented the Suffolk County Public Administrator’s Office, becoming a constant and respected presence in the Surrogate’s Court.

Mr. Novick was a consummate professional who earned the deep and abiding respect of his colleagues, adversaries and the judiciary alike. His contributions to the legal profession and his unwavering commitment to his clients have left an indelible mark. His wisdom and guidance will be deeply missed and his excellence will continue to inspire us all.
